DESCRIPTION: Flying for life, started in 2011, is a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) that aims to sustainably uplift isolated communities in South Africa through aviation.
Our mission is to bring help, hope and healing to rural isolated communities in Southern Africa. We do this by using aircraft to provide sustainable community development solutions through our partnerships with other non-profits and partner doctors, education , specialists and professionals.
To us it is more than just flying. It is empowering those who are cut off from basic needs, giving them the skills, health and knowledge they need to become independent and contributing members of their household and society at large.
We are about community. We are about sustainability in action and we are about upliftment. It’s more than just flying. It’s flying for life.
