WHO WE ARE
NGO Connect SA is a registered non-profit online information and youth development organisation based in South Africa. We provide training and support, quality news and information about and for the civil society sector.
We aim, to develop and connect Civil Society Organisations with Southern Africa, more specifically the youth lead, through the advancement of the civil society sector.
VISION: To create an environment that equips and empowers the Civil Society Sector through information, technology and communication.
In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution it is imperative for the civil society sector and the youth to be key players in the advancement of the region and ensure that they are prepared. NGO Connect SA exists to also ensure that stakeholders are best prepared and able to navigate through the digital era by having access to Information, Communication Technologies and equipped to effectively use technology to maximise their impact and services.
To ensure that we achieve our vision, we invest our resources, efforts and partnerships in the following four core programmes and projects:

PROJECTS AND PROGRAMMES
LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE
NGO Connect SA is governed by Management Committee. The committee is the key policy making and governance body of the organisation and works independently. It formulates and approves policies and organizational systems and evaluates the overall performance of the organisation on a periodic basis.
NGO Connect SA is led by an Executive Director who is the formal head of the organisation. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall management of the organisation. The Executive Director is supported by administration and a team of programme managers and they jointly form a management structure for the organisation.
- PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS
Partnerships are the heartline of NGO Connect SA. Partners are all those individuals, communities, organisations and departments which join hands for extending program interventions. Partnerships help NGO Connect SA (financially and technically) to achieve its visions and missions. Our Partners include; beneficiary community, national and international donors, private sector, provincial governments, educational institutions and other key stakeholders.
