DESCRIPTION: Amcare is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the needs of all people made vulnerable due to poverty, those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, domestic violence and advanced age. To this end we render services to the communities of greater Alberton, Eden Park, Phola Park, Greenfields and Thokoza. This means that our profile of our beneficiary community is approximately 95% African, 4% Coloured and 1% White. Amcare is registered with the National Department of Social Development (Reg no 016-772). BBBEE – Level 1 – 135% – Black Economic Procurement Recognition. Affiliated with the Methodist Church of Southern Africa.
